Set in a old garage, Wibby sets the stage for something different in beer. The taproom has a nice reclaimed materials atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. With big doors it almost feels like you are outside even when you are inside. The location gets even better when the neighbor hot rod garage has meetings.
We were lucky enough to visit when they had the Wibbywurst. A sausage on a hand made pretel bun with sweet onions and saurkraut. It was topped with special Lightshine Helles mustard.
Wibby has committed to only producing Lagers. Although each Lager takes more time to produce, the rich flavors that come out make for a better beer. Combining their craft beer with a nitro system makes for a creamy delicious beer. This newcomer is going to continue to make waves.
